Code of ethics

Simmer & Jack has adopted a Code of Ethics to promote honest and ethical business conduct by its employees, officers and directors. Central to this Code is a commitment to full, fair, accurate and timely disclosures that are, as far as possible, devoid of unnecessary jargon. The board also pledges to promote honesty and integrity in the Company's dealings and to avoid conflicts of interest at all levels within the Company, hence the creation and implementation of a secure, whistle-blowing mechanism designed to report and stamp out unethical practices within the Company.
